Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed the same or the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


SHIPPING METHOD

We ship all orders with GLS to parcel shops.
Your order will be delivered to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop based on the delivery address provided at checkout.

You may be able to select a parcel shop during checkout depending on the shipping setup.


SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs a flat rate of 53 DKK per order, unless otherwise stated.

Any promotional offers such as free shipping will always be clearly displayed on the website.


DELIVERY AREA

We currently only deliver to addresses within Denmark, unless otherwise stated.


DELAYS

If delays occur (e.g. due to the shipping carrier, high volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events), we will inform you as soon as possible via email.


DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with a solution.
