Refund policy

We offer a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Prins Henriks Avenue 6, 6400 Sønderborg, Denmark.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

We recommend contacting us before returning your item to ensure smooth processing of your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return has been processed, place a new order for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
